• Please state your party date
• Make an option for collection of order; normal postage, registered mail or self collection
• Courier service and delivery of balloons are available upon booking
• Normal postage amount will be adviced upon ordering
• We are not liable for any lost mail via normal postage
• Registered postage is highly advice
• All postage fee will be paid by buyer
• Payment through Internet Banking POSB or UOB
• International shipment can pay via bank transfer or western union
• Confirmation of ordered items only after payment is received
• All paid ordered will be sent out 2 working days after payment received
• No cancellation of orders after payment made
• Exchange of orders will not be entertained after payment made
• No refunds to be made if ordered items were damage during postage
